      Pros

      - More than fair discount of 50% - Gratis (free things fairly often) - Great training (I didn't know much about make up or B.E. when I started) - Empowering work environment for a woman - Encourages team work and building meaningful relationships - Fun part time job - Not hard at all if you are a people person and enjoy cosmetics/skincare

      Cons

      - Hours given may change weekly (but this can change store to store, manager to manager...) - Like any retail environment, there are goals needing to be met (not hard unless you don't do your job) Not really complaints but could be problems for some :)
