      Pros

      I worked for Bare Minerals Outlet, and it was Amazing! I loved learning the brand. The training consistent and easy to follow. We had good management who coached us and built us up. They created great schedules and were very understanding of the work/life balance. Such an team easy to get along with.

      Cons

      If your not someone who likes calling your clients and reconnecting with them, I would say this isn't the job for you. They like you to make 3 day 3 week and 3 month follow up calls to all of your clients. So be prepared to be on the phone when you work here!

      Not a lot of creative freedom due to major micromanaging at the top. Kills the creative spirit.
