      Pros

      They give a lot of gratis, which is awesome. They pay for product knowledge and the conferences are always fun and nice. Awesome discount.

      Cons

      My manager wasnt the best. A lot of double standards. Always working on the weekends which is any retail job. If you do make overs, they really get down on you about doing them in less than 30 min.

      Pros

      The only good thing about this job is the discounts you get on the makeup and skincare if you use it. And the holiday pay. You will work every holiday. Only BM's and ABM's get holidays off

      Cons

      -Upper management always plays favorites -you get over worked and taken advantage of -upper management will always work the clock -my store had a lot of time card theft and employees stole product all the time (I reported it once and I got told not to worry about it) -got bullied by older employees all the time and no one does anything about it(reported that too) -if they don't like you they will pretty much force you to quit -I was never once told I was doing a great job or anything by upper management but the moment something wrong happened I was told right away
