Everything except what is stated above. Don't expect to keep your job for very long. Most people don't last. The corporate structure is a joke. Policy changes constantly. Sales are down across the board, so all positions are at risk of being terminated or changed to increase profit margin.

Company over all has changed. It used to be all about the girlfriend experience but now it's straight up horrible. I've never been talked down to so badly and I've worked for bigger cosmetics companies. This is a great job for a college student looking to get extra cash. Not for a makeup artist that takes their careers seriously, because unfortunately, you are frowned upon if you know more than the basics.
