Bare Escentuals is a company that cares about its employees and client. BE takes the "girlfriend experience" serious and "what would Leslie do?" is a big mantra that is carried out through everything. I love the fact that we do MAKE UNDERS as opposed to make overs. We love to accentuate a woman's natural features while making her feel comfortable, beautiful, and have that girlfriend experience each time she visits a Bare Minerals store. I work part-time as a second job and I have a great starting wage + you can't beat all of the GRATIS that you get. I don't know what to do with most of it!! Great friendly place to work!
Cons
The only thing of course is that it's retail and it's hard to plan any time off or vacation. It's to be expected.
