Management is unorganized and catty, not enough color variety with products, they lie to customers about ingredients (these products do contain chemicals, preservatives, fragrance, and aren't all natural), employees of this company aren't treated equal, management is always worried about numbers and don't fully let you express yourself and your own personal style.
