      Pros

      Bare Escentuals promotes a positive and fun work environment. The company is client-focused and aims to provide the best customer service possible. If you do your job right, it can be very fulfilling because you can make a difference in someone's life. Part-time Beauty Ambassadors have a great work/life balance.

      Cons

      Not everyone on the team shares the same motives and positive attitudes as the company. Working with mostly women can make for a catty environment. Once you work up to management, there is not much work/life balance.

      Pros

      The way they train their boutique associates promotes empathy for customers and also to create more of a friendship with each customer rather than treating them as simply a transaction. Most boutique managers also promote a zero-tolerance policy for gossip or "bullying" so it's a much more of a stress-free work place than most.

      Cons

      It is true that if you get the wrong management you may not be thrilled.
