- Part-time benefits are TERRIBLE and do not meet the minimum requirements of the ACA for acceptable coverage. - Do not get sick ever....EVER!! - Personal sales goals could be a con if you are not comfortable in sales. You do not just show people makeup and check them out...you are expected to sell the crap out of that stuff - Only the manager and assistant manager get full-time hours - My least favorite experience of being employed here was the politics. There should be a zero tolerance policy set by management regarding gossiping and passive aggressive bullying. There is not. In fact, about half of management was involved with or fueled the gossip. Even if you never whisper a word about someone else, you will not be safe! I feel like this is a common problem in retail and it only takes a few bad apples to ruin the whole bushel. If it weren't for the petty gossip, favoritism and clique-culture of this store, I would have given 5 stars.

NO WORK LIFE BALANCE, don't expect to have any kind of life ever. Schedule always changed on you without anyone ever asking. I have already worked 13 days in row before. Normal to work 10 if i want off a weekend. Manager is very selfish and cares only about themselves. No benefits or PTO, even as a key holder. ONLY get 28 hours a week unless you a Manager or Assistant Manager. They pretty much want you to be robots. HORRIBLE pay scale, I have the most education and got paid the least. Even new employees got paid more then me.
