      Pros

      Fun place to work with great products and customers. Never gets out of control busy. I was able to give my client my full attention. Great training for new products and very generous with gratis! DM is amazing!

      Cons

      Still a new company so no clear direction with marketing and promos. No growth opportunity in the area yet I feel like the company CAN grow. Attendance policy is ridiculously strict at times.

      Pros

      You do receive a good discount. Some BAs are incredible and will help you grow as an artist. Good if you're staying out in cosmetics.

      Cons

      Boutique managers can be mini dictators. The pay is laughable and they only offer part-time for BAs and key holders. "Bonuses" are in favor of the boutique manager and assistant. This is a good job for someone starting out in cosmetics. Not someone with experience, unless you're hired in as a higher position. They are all about numbers.

      Pros

      i love the products. the discount is great. i love the girls I work with, we work as a family unit. clients are typically excited about the products and appreciative of services.

      Cons

      not enough hours. hire from outside the company instead of hiring within for available advancement positions. upper management isn't very concerned with opinions or needs of employees. makeup services are free, so sometimes customers take advantage of our time without any intention of making a purchase.
