      Meeting all kinds of people, access to fabulous makeup (get employee discounts), learning new techniques & trends, great for students/stay at home parents who want to make a little extra money and because of flexibility of schedules

      Cons

      Part time, not much growth potential (unless you move outside of the retail store and into the corporate environment)

      Pros

      You work in makeup and its a fun environment. Gratis is awesome and management is willing to work around your schedule.

      Cons

      Know your worth, I was severely underpaid as a key holder starting at 13.50, most keys start at 15-17. The company strayed from its "girlfriend experience" and is now like every other cosmetic company trying to "sell" and push clients. Its not a commission based job but the employees get viscous with each other.
