      Pros

      Great product, customers, retail partners. It's an easy-going, high-volume company that's made great efforts to bring on talent across all divisions and functions in the last couple of years.

      Cons

      Everyone still seems to be 'winging' it, not enough true talent or smarts. Job changing all the time. Get stuck with the wrong manager and your life will become micromanaged hell. A lot of advancement opportunity but promotions not based on merit.

      Pros

      Great discount, product and clientelle; easy non selling duties

      Cons

      You are under constant supervision and not given much freedom at all. You will be corrected infront of customers and underminded regularly. My location had a high turnover rate. I thought I was doing a poor job but when I attempted to resign, I was asked to stay. I did stay and eventually resigned 3 months later even after getting a good review.
