      Pros

      Product discount. Some of your coworkers feel the same as you do so you can commiserate together.

      Cons

      Very high turnover. Management chooses favorites and treats employees they don't like poorly. Extreme lack of communication in all departments. HR manager is biased toward some managers and does not listen to employees' complaints. They will work you to death until you feel like you can't take it any longer. Some departments have been working seven days a week with very little time off for over six months. If you enjoy spending time with you family, don't work here.

      Very positive place to work, but it was acquired by another company.

      Pros

      BE was a great place to work I was given many opportunities to grow and work on multiple projects in a great office environment.

      Cons

      Company was acquired in 2011, so it's not the same place as when I was there. Many people left including key senior management and mid-management. There was a big culture change in the process.
