      Pros

      Commission. You make real connections with customers. A lot of fun ! You get to travel for academy and training. expenses paid for. Allocation- free makeup!!!!

      Cons

      Communication is TERRIBLE from area managers.If you need an answer to something important there is no point emailing or ringing 4 times. you will not get a response. If you want a full time position you can either try for manager or get another job at another company. BA’s are part time only. If you’re not in a boutique, (depending on what store you are in) you could be doing lots of retail work for the store when it’s not your job. The managers of the store i worked in stepped all over me.

      The commission is really poor. Basic salary is good- but it’s difficult to motivate yourself when you’re earning far less than other teams around you
