You have no life outside of BE
On your days off expect to be on conference calls.
Your DM call you regarding the business(again, on your day off).
Can't even get off for a death in the family(was basically told things happen).
Your micro-managed! The word manager is irrelevant. I was always worried to even go to the bathroom so I didn't miss a call from the DM and got questioned for leaving the area.
Paper work! Paper work! Paper work all day long! I rather be more focused on spending time with the customer than worried about meeting deadlines! Isn't that the BE focus? The girlfriend atmosphere? Doesn't feel like it what so ever.
No communication between BE and Department store. Your pretty much on your own. And if anything goes wrong the finger is pointed at you.
There are NO drinks allowed at your area. Not even water? Ridiculous!
Your expected to promote the business and advertise on a daily basis! This is NOT our job! There would be no need for such things at the counter if the company was exclusive and not all over the place(Sephora, Ulta, TV).
Goals way too high to achieve. When made the monthly goal always asked why we didn't exceed over.
