great company and following. new marketing strategies to build business. great discount. great products. strong name brand very reputable. great skincare. leslie blodgett very involved and thats rare to see from other companies.
Cons
not enough training. not enough gratis. not enough recognition. not enough opportunity for growth or advancement. alot of change. you have to be open to change if not this is not the place for you. this company is still trying to figure what works and what doesn't. it can be frustrating. if you want to grow within a "corporate" position you need a degree. past work experience is not enough even if you already put 5+ years into this company. they only look at what you've done during your time with them. anything beyond that almost doesn't matter. annoying angels/addicts.
