      Pros

      Amazing product, rewarding client interactions, strong corporate partnerships developed. I was able to say “I love my job!” and really mean it!

      Cons

      Brick and mortar retail is rapidly evolving in order to survive. Sometimes reorganization is necessary and with it often came reduction of real estate and head count.

      Pros

      Easy to learn techniques and product knowledge, free product, regular clientele, decent hourly pay.

      Cons

      Scheduling, upper management is the absolute worst and is so out of touch with their people in boutiques and stores, it’s entirely money driven with inability to cater to different clientele, the entire system of recording how the business is doing is completely unorganized and unnecessary.

      It's really hard to book events. This is the case in every beauty environment though.
