      Pros

      Collaborative environment, passion for the brand permeated the offices and people.

      Cons

      Lots of change over the past couple of years including offices moving outside of SF. Future brand success is TBD.

      Pros

      Depending on your manager, but my manager was awesome and totally considerate. Company gave us sales insentives, which could usually push us a little further to reach goals. A lot of free products and great discount that also works at Bare + Beauty If you do your part & get along with coworkers/management, you'll have a lot of fun at a BM store. If you show up on time, reach your goals, & are likeable. You'll do amazing & management will take care of you

      Cons

      Shisedo tookover, so there are a lot of changes that don't seem to be helping or equipping the sales teams. Seems like they are setting us up to fail. So many changes with very little truth as to why the changes are happening.
