The Most Inefficient and Disorganized Company I Have Ever Worked For

Great products, 50% off discount

Cons

This company is the most disorganized company I have ever worker for. The products were changed around summer of last year, and shades that fit darker clients were discontinued in favor of much pinker shades. Corporate has made it abundantly clear that they do not care about their clients and stores have to take the fall for it. Stores tasked with "finding the clients" which also equated to harassing clients over the phone. Events were not supported through corporate. The "power of good" program could be great, but this company doesn't even support the people on their own teams, and the program is just a PR stunt.
