Dynamic of store changed with a upper management switch, company doesn’t and will not listen to boutiques. Constantly changing core expectations (about every month or so). District manager has no respect for loyal good workers. Has no willingness to train towards expectations just expects everyone to be aware of them. There is a complete lack of communication of said expectations. There is no form of growth for good employees

It is impossible to grow in this company unless you are willing to wait years and years. I have been in my position for 2 years now, learned pretty much all I can in this role and fully ready to move up but people don't leave their positions often. Many managers have been in their positions for 5+ years and due to that linear growth is near impossible. Manager and Assistant Manager are the only full-time positions. Hours are not always the best. Have been times I've only had 15-18 hours.
