      Pros

      great discount, the products are amazing, fun to work with makeup, lots of the clients are great, you get to make a difference in womens' days and sometimes lives

      Management is not supervised. they can do whatever they want

      Pros

      Employees get 50% of Bare Mineral products. The hours are typical of a retail job, but it never takes more than 30 minutes to close which at my particular location means I'm never out later than 9:30.

      Cons

      A mandatory Sunday meeting for every major launch is almost always pointless. If you aren't scheduled for that day, it can be very frustrating to have to come in for two hours because I barely make what I spend in gas to get there. Also, most of the mandatory training should be common sense to anyone with makeup experience.
