Pros

The product is awesome and so is the discount. It's nice to receive gratis, however, I have heard that compared to some other lines, the amount of gratis given is pretty low. I love getting to listen to music and have fun, girly time at work and make people feel beautiful. It's also nice the amount of love and good vibes you can get from clients too. When you make them feel special, they make you feel special.

Cons

It can be really hard to get your shift covered if you are sick and part of management, due to the way the scheduling works and the fact that you can't ever really just "call in." There have been a few rare times that I successfully just called in sick, or was able to get shifts covered for an emergency. The attendance policy overall is a little strict, but it is nearly impossible to get fired for anything, especially attendance. The sales goals have lately been unattainable, especially if you are part of management and working full time. I especially feel that it can be hard to be a key holder, because you are goaled for 100% of your hours worked, while the Boutique Manager and Assistant Manager receive office hours. As a key holder, I have other responsibilities besides selling that it would be nice to get office hours for. Sometimes the dynamic can be difficult, working with all or mostly all girls, but that is mainly reflective on certain personalities, and for the most part the ones I work with are cool. Also, I accrue PTO and can not take it if there aren't enough hours given to schedule for the month. I feel this is unfair, as PTO hours are not sales hours; so they should not be taken out of the monthly allotted sales hours. Why give something if one can't redeem it?
