      A great place to enter the beauty industry, a bit challenging for the long-run.

      Being in the beauty industry, Gratis, Education on the products and application in general, and learning make-up but also skincare which is transferrable to other cosmetic retail opportunities.

      Cons

      Questionable nepotism in the promotion of leadership, not enough brand awareness to diversify the clientele, job insecurity due to closing stores in the area, and challenging sales goals without commission or any sort of reward.

      Pros

      Pay is more than minimum wage, its rewarding to see people get excited to feel beautiful, you get 50% off products, give in depth explanations of products to employees in meetings and product launches

      Cons

      Toxic work environment, bad management, they don't teach you much about the artistry of doing makeup you have to have that yourself, most of the clients for this business order online
