      great discount flexible with over all availibility

      Cons

      no growth lack of communication between managers & staff favorites get what they want goals are set too high to achieve write ups for everything days requested off get questions while favorite employees get off whenever they want, (including weekends, sat & sun) unfair treatment to employees who arent liked petty drama in the store & manager doesnt do anything about it

      Cons

      Incompetent corporate staff who continuously fall short of successfully running a business. Inconsistent with communication and direction. Seems as if they know nothing about actually being in a store environment. Do not set the stores up for success. Continuously giving product away for free or with heavy discounts, providing more incentives to online or wholesale, and then being surprised that unrealistic sales goals are not being met. With several rounds of lay offs, no ones jobs are secure.

      Pros

      Love the job, love interacting with the customers, always had amazing clientele.

      Cons

      Dynamic of store changed with a upper management switch, company doesn’t and will not listen to boutiques. Constantly changing core expectations (about every month or so). District manager has no respect for loyal good workers. Has no willingness to train towards expectations just expects everyone to be aware of them. There is a complete lack of communication of said expectations. There is no form of growth for good employees
