Hi there. We're glad you enjoyed the merchandising of our jewelry along with the discounts. As for the hours, our the schedules are regulated by the servicing and our partners. We are working on continuing to provide the best for our MMs so will take your feedback to work on necessary changes.

Pros

Well the only pros I can say is that the main Company is in Cologne Germany and depending on your position in Corporate you may get to travel there. They have very nice people in their departments in Germany and some are very helpful. The language barrier can be tough at times. They all can speak English, but it is still difficult to communicate.

Cons

I have been with the company for over 2 years. I do the work of two to three employees and get no recognition on the job I do. It is always “you can do more”. The entire Corporate office is frustrated, and many are seeking other opportunities. The office is very small, plus or minus 30 employees, but HR runs it like a fortune 500 company. There is not a lot or if any of growth opportunity with this company! Management has cut spending (except for themselves) leaving other departments understaffed and over worked, mentally. Don’t get me wrong the work is easy there is just more than one person can do alone. The corporate office in Atlanta is very elaborate but the atmosphere is not functional. It is very loud and hard to concentrate or have a phone call. There are only two closed door conference rooms and they are very hard to reserve (always booked). The technology is behind the times, and the systems we use are old. Getting help with these systems can be difficult with the time difference and the local IT person either does not know or does not have access to help with many of them. As small as we are the current management refuses to let anyone work from home. Most of the corporate office could do their job from home but are forced to come in daily. If you were hired under the current management that changes everything. You can even be hired in another state not have to move, and work from your home, seems fair right? Nepotism or favoritism is rampant with beeline if you are in the right circles. All in all, This Company Is A Joke!

While this review was difficult for us to read, please know that we really value this kind of feedback. If we haven't created the kind of environment where you feel comfortable seeking out the right people to discuss these issues, that's on us. We're interested to hear more about your perspective, though - please feel free to reach out to someone on the HR team so we can learn how to make things better.

Pros

- Flexible schedule - Great staff -Managment is friendly -Milage is compensated

Cons

- No room to grow -Corporate changes hours for employees without notice. I was a full-time employee with 35 hours and 4 stores. All of the sudden my Manager informed me that Corporate lower the hours for everyone and I was given an extra store to be able to complete the minimum of 30 hours to be a full-time employee. I had to do more work in a less amount of time. I was with the company for about 4 years, and I was so ready to move up with the company. They do not have a lot of room for growth even though is a brand new company.
