Pros
You really can work whenever you want, and they are very relaxed about last minute schedule changes as long as you do your store visits that week. You are mostly independent but occasionally will have a higher up visit; may feel micro-managed.
Cons
Low pay, not much chance for raises and they expect you to do more than you can within the allotted time, then expect you to do even more when you are already always behind. It is well known that everyone feels this way but they will still pressure you because they are pressured to hit numbers. Everything is all good and great when you are going above and beyond for the company, but it will not be fairly reciprocated.
