Some concerning things in this review - know that we expect all DMs to give an accurate depiction of job responsibilities throughout the interview process. In fact, this is built into our MM interview process. It's disappointing to hear that you had a bad experience. We've also created a high potential program for DMMs. If you'd like to be part of this, reach out to your DM and have a conversation about whether this is possible!

6yHi there! Love that you are proud of our product and the independence of your schedule. We are actively trying out some new things to give MMs and DMMs more upward movement, including a DMM High Potential program. I suggest you reach out your DM if you're interested in becoming a DMM and have a conversation! We also always analyze compensation across the field and feel good about where we are in relation to our competitors, but if you disagree feel free to reach out to HR to chat.
