Pros

Make your own schedule, to a degree. Work independently. Flexible. It can be challenging, which I liked. Great job while you have kids. It's a little creative and you work with jewelry. You get a good discount on the jewelry. Most of the managers are good people to work for...

Cons

Unless you live in a large metro area, there is no where to move up, past being a district trainer. So it doesn't end up being a career, just a job. The company has micromanaged nearly all the scheduling flexibility out of it and all the creativity as well.

Hi there. We're glad you've enjoyed the independent, challenging nature of the job and the flexibility we're able to provide. Our MMs are the "engine" that keeps us going, so it's important that you love what you do and the company you work for. As for the scheduling flexibility - we have to operate within Partner guidelines. Despite having to put some guardrails up around scheduling, the MM position at beeline is still one of the most flexible hourly jobs around!

Pros

You get what you put in here, definitely opportunity for growth but sadly a lot of promotions happen only because of the extremely high turnover.

Cons

All of the senior management and many senior employees have been here for many years and decades, yes decades. Old school values that have just never been changed since all the senior managers have been there for years so the culture is extremely stale and constant struggling with low morale and high turnover. They are sadly stuck in 2004 with their ways of working and processes. Extremely cheap company with wayyy below bay area average salary, a lot of the work horse employees put in really long hours, not a lot of wfh flexibility and literally zero other office perks. Way too dependent on only 2-3 major clients.

Hi there. We were disappointed to read this review...actually, I'm wondering if you're on the right beeline group page! We've only been in business in North America since 2010 and have turnover of 0% in the corporate office this year. We're currently testing in 10 retail partners and are looking at 50% growth in 2020 - the morale is one of excitement and pride for what we've accomplished as a team! If you want to chat more or give any more detail, feel free to reach out to HR - we'd love to hear from you.
