Ok for new grads to get a taste of the "real world

Awful company. Avoid this company. Underpaid, over worked. The management does not care at all about you. No bathroom or smoke breaks unless it's on your one hour lunch (or you stay late or come in early). High sales pressure, little regard for honesty to customers. The only way to get up in this company is to sleep with the boss or meet their insane, unachievable quotas. If you don't meet every quota in the month be prepared to be fired. You will constantly be critized thought emails and having managers sit around and critize your calls. This company will never tell you what a good job or effort you're putting in. You most likely will also work 12-9 everyday and Saturday. No personal or family life.
