Pros

Good perks with gym packages and cultural attractions, a consorted effort to offer opportunity to move to other departments or shadow co-workers. The company is definitely willing to hear employees out in order to retain them.

Cons

Very strict and kept getting stricter. This job isn't always the most fun because of the nature of responsibility and subject matter so work culture can go a long way. Though there were many good initiatives low level employees often have to work the night shift - a monthly break from this would be great - or even bi weekly. The strict attitude continued to the point they were micro managing bathroom breaks.
