Good place to work at, especially for 1st timers in a Call Centre environment

Pros

-Decent starting salary -Very good training team so if this is your first time getting into the insurance industry, you're in good hands -Good benefits package -Supportive management. Worked at a couple other call centre jobs prior to BelairDirect and they've had the best organizational structure i've seen so far

Cons

-If you don't like to sell, this won't be for you. Performance and bonuses are metric based and while i'd say the targets are usually fair, some might find it stressful
