Great pay, amazing benefits, comprehensive retirement package, employee share purchase program, yearly bonuses, work-from-home option, celebration of different cultures and embracing diversity, lots of employee recognition programs including a year end gala for top performers

Cons

It's a call centre so you have to be on the phone most of the day, recent reduction in desk size/space between agents
