Pros

I joined belairdirect almost a year ago and never looked back. I love my team and can say the same for everyone I've worked with in other areas of the company. I feel a genuine sense of transparency from leadership , especially with their regular communication through COVID and how they handled everything. I also think there are lots of opportunities for growth within my own team and other areas of the business. I'm excited to grow my career here and I'm super happy - something I wasn't able to say about my previous job.

I joined belairdirect in January 2016 as a Sales and Service Associate, shortly after I was promoted to a Specialist and then moved over to the Operational UW department. After that, I had a great opportunity to join our Corporate UW team where I spent a few months before joining Intact. I love the company culture and people! Four amazing years spent with belairdirect.
