Pros

the Unit Managers are quite helpful. They give you about 5-6 months to get comfortable with the role. Overall, it is a fun environment to work at for recent grads.

Cons

There isn't much room for career growth. What made me quit was seeing some people work there for years (8-9 years) and still stuck in the same position. You see them frustrated and that is demotivating.
