Pros

3 months of training is provided and paid.. honeymoon period ends there. They treat you nicely and make you think it's a good place to work durring training, then when it's done they turn off the charm.

Cons

Management belittles employees, there is no privacy.. if you have a problem the whole office will hear about it. No understanding of work/life balance. Can never find someone to help when you need them, very stressful work environment. They tell you they're not "sales-driven" but focused on "growth", aka they'll still track your sales and tell you improvement in getting sales is needed but neglect to give you any positive feedback whatsoever. Favouritism is the only way anyone can get advancement. If you like a job that you dread going into, get yelled at by callers and management, and has you stay late almost every day... then this is perfect for you!

Pros

some good perks such as computer loan, fitness subsidy

Cons

everything else. management is incompetent and unfriendly, do not relay information of changes until some time after change, are not open to change or flexibility with work times, days etc. overall, very corporate, stiff & cold environment that is more concerned with their shareholders than their employees or customers. Privacy is a concern, people's personal matters are discussed out in the open between management AND employees. Managers mock and belittle employees. Senior management is never seen and do not get back to you when you attempt to make time to see them to discuss matters. Favouritism is seen regularily with promotions.

Pros

Coworkers are great! Raises every 6 months for your first 4 yrs. Work from home opportunities. Monthly contests. Ongoing projects. Paid training. Free parking.

Cons

They ask for feedback, but don’t want to hear if you have anything negative to say. They talk about integrity but then only seem to care about the numbers. Favouritism- big issue. They keep adding more and more to the job expectations, when does it end? Presently your job is to train customers how to do their job so yours becomes unnecessary. When you’re new, you’re constantly told about all these great opportunities at the workplace but these are few and far between.
