Created Special Projects so you can learn things like recruitment or how to become a TL. Most TLs are great. Awesome staff parties

Cons

Severe favoritism to the point that if another person lies to save their job you can be on the chopping block. The director won't believe you automatically believes their pets. You had 20 minutes total a day to use for bathroom breaks. When I started the focus was customer service targets when I left it was mostly Sales targets. Lots of agents dated Team Leaders and they were given more freedom.

Where you are a number and management treats you like one

Pros

Office location is good. Lots and lots of training and events trying to cover up the real issues in the company.

Cons

You are treated like a cog. You are location in the office is constantly monitored using a friendly 'chat' interface where your boss gets to watch you and see if you're at your desk. Even though you're full time, expect to stay late to make up time lost and work very long hours at a whim. Salaries are lower than industry averages and management has some serious ethical issues. Take everything that is said to you with a grain of salt and maintain a healthy dose of skepticism for your own sanity when all the 'company values' don't actually play out.

Cons

Very secretive anywhere manager level and above. Fire people even when doing well. Not really about corporate social responsibility, but pretends to be a lot. Pay is below average, but they brainwash you otherwise.
