Trying to find something positive.

Cons

Avoid at all costs. No support from management, training is a joke and if they don't like you, they'll find a way to push you out. Clicky, unreasonable and a horrible place to work. No work/life balance. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Never worked for a company that treats it's employees so badly.

-Managers provide very limited help. Although they encourage you to reach out for help you will often experience backlash or annoyance from the team for doing so -Managers are severely negligent when it comes to doing their jobs -You will be gaslighted, disrespected, and treated as incompetent -No one takes accountability and will try and push the blame onto you for things you didn't do (even if you're new and they have been there for years) -Only way to survive is to never speak up. Doesn't matter how good you are at the job if your not brown nosing you're out the door. -They claim to be too busy because they are understaffed, run through employees, and have horrible systems set up
