Pros

- Solid, forward-thinking management. In Manchester I felt they were very approachable and offered me a lot of guidance which was helpful as one of the younger employees. - Modern development approaches, feedback is taken seriously and people are adaptive. - As a developer I found the codebase and general approaches to be very nice to work with, the in-house framework in particular is very impressive. - The Manchester branch is new and growing, lots of fresh faces and motivation- good atmosphere. - Saw quite a few people move or be encouraged to move up the ladder during my time there.

Cons

No big issues with the job, was there just over nine months and I left to move back down south. The area is a bit pricey so you may need to commute.
