Pros

The job itself is pretty good, no project is the same and there is normally a lot of room for flexibility in order to put your very own stamp on a design. Also there is a free costa coffee machine in the dining area (which is always a bonus!).

Cons

They don't encourage progression as well as they should. I was promoted from Junior Creative Designer to Creative Design during my time here and there was no pay rise included with this change. I'm not sure that is the best step in order to motivate their staff.
