Pros

Very competitive salaries for the area. Excellent work ethic particularly amongst Senior Management which unfortunately most staff members don't get to see. The job can be demanding, not your typical 9-5, but one of the most forgiving environments I've ever been in.

Cons

Change management can sometimes be an issue for the business, but this is certainly an area that is improving. Career opportunities are not always presented, but that happens at any company.

Pros

Good work environment if you enjoy fast-paced, challenging work. Frequently delivering projects and change which brings a real sense of achievement. Good Salary and benefits and a company that looks after you if you put in the effort. Interesting work if you like gambling and sports. Interesting problems to solve which reflects the high volume products supported. Open to new technology and methodologies, adopting newer ways of working and new languages all the time. Soon opening new office.

Cons

Some legacy code that creates issues. Can be very demanding and priorities change frequently. Current office feels cramped and has been outgrown, lacks modern facilities.
