Terrible management who shows clear favoritism towards who they are friends with and what they hear rather than an individuals work. Toxic team leader who would not last at any other company simply because of liability issues related to behavior. As an IT professional, where there is a clear demand for your skillset don't waste your time here go somewhere else

Lots of talented co-workers who were great to work with. Good PTO and sick pay Flexible work options (remote)

Cons

Hitachi Vendors working there are throwing good workers under the bus to secure a position with the company. Even those that are extremely problematic and are walking HR issues remain. No trust from managers. No check ins. No direction. Incredibly low pay.
