Pros

There are none, do not apply unless you're born and raised in Wilkes Barre, PA

Cons

Not an EEOC, if you're not a heterosexual white male or female, you will be reminded daily that you're not equal. Be sure to be transparent about race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, and gender on your application so they will not hire you. If you're any of the above and you're hired, you will be harassed daily. RUN, HIDE, and don't apply

Pros

It’s pretty easy to sell the policy’s. The application is seamless and intuitive.

Cons

Company does not give adequate pay raises to keep up with inflation. Which seems weird being in a industry that literally everything is priced based on market prices. Incentives are only obtained by the ultra performers and is basically impossible for anyone with average sales to slightly above average sales to obtain. Also every commission plan change they’ve made since I got here has been to lower our pay. I’ve been working here for a few years now and am making less money and expected to do more work than when I started.

Pros

Certificate of Insurance incentive pay ($5 per completed COI)

Cons

The actual base pay, which was ~$14.60 Nothing actually gets done(not customer service's fault, but customer service has to take the heat) Callers will ask for a supervisor literally 50% of the time, they will not get it and you'll have to stall and develop good hostage negotiating skills They will quietly renew your temp contract under your nose after 3 months rather than offering you a position in the company so that you can have HEALTH INSURANCE.
