A constant slog of endless meetings that could have been emails. Never ending process changes that make no difference in productivity, only gives management more things to measure to justify their existence. Upper leadership is very cloak and dagger with keeping things secret from you, you really have to know the right people to get any real information on what's going on in the company. Performance review is a joke, they will nitpick reasons not to pay you the raise you are due and drag the process out forever. Low salary to begin with as well. Stay away!

This place is such a joke. The interview offers such promise but the job is not as described. It’s a call center with the worst leads. You are answering the phone all day but you’re lucky to get one or two sales a day. The route calls and lie about it. They constantly cut our pay. And tax our commission at 35%. And not just part of it, every commission check is taxed that way and that is the companies choice in doing that. There are ways they could pay us where they take out less but they don’t care about us. Not at all. There is no one who will advocate for you even when you are obviously right. Benefits went up by 30% this year and I’m sure that bonuses will be non existent this year as well I’m glad I left. This is the biggest bait and switch I’ve ever seen.management is so crappy and lazy and they smile right at you while they stab you in the back.
