Pros

Good environment and colleague who soon become friends. High safety awareness with regular safety meetings even in office setting. Reasonable HR benefits.

Cons

Frequent re-organisation changes, about every two to three years. Center of power at London where global decisions are made and followed.

Pros

- The people are really good to work with. - The pay and benefits are good. - The Company cares a lot about training, ergonomics etc. - Career progression can be good if you're in with the right people.

Cons

- Some Vendors are a nightmare to work with. Very much focussed on delivering the bare minimum they can get away with. - The Company is undergoing constant change due to the numerous Consultancies that come in and fiddle with things but the underlying bureaucracy never changes or gets worse. - Once you're in you have to stay in each role for 2 years. - Some people are put in at a lower grade than they should be. It can take a long time to move up to the next one so negotiate!! - No women were on the Leadership Team in my department and no women are on the Board..
