      It is a big insurance company, you can learn much knowledge in it.

      Pros

      Super major company, very dynamic environment, great benefits, excellent place to learn and experiment.

      Cons

      Very unstable company, policies and direction changes every other year. In general incompetent, unexperienced, unrealistic and careless (for company) middle and top management, and most of the employes. Very short visioned policies based on firefighting kind of strategy are very common. Too many VPs, directors, managers, and under staffing in the delivery teams.
