Pros

As an employee I'd say BP provides a competitive salary and benefits package. BP looks after staff wellbeing with perks like health care and free staff canteen. Flexible work life balance is catered for with ability to work from home. Great training offers.

Cons

As a shareholder, the value destruction which has occurred to the businesses equity value is difficult pill to swallow. Decisions are also made at glacial speed making it hard to get initiatives moving. Sometimes difficult to progress career as there is an emphasis upon development of individual networks which benefits some folks more than others.
