Pros

I can't see any pros since bp stared the employees' layout off program and the way HR treated employees.

Cons

You should have good networking with senior management to secure your future in the company

Pros

I am with BP Lubricants in a global role. The working conditions are good and colleagues are friendly and supportive. The culture is centered around a good set of Values & Behaviors which are central to all meetings and performance reviews. There is a clear strategy and KPI's defined which together with the culture provides a challenging yet enabling environment.

Cons

Decision making processes tend to be longer compared to other companies. Although this needs to be streamlined by Delegation of Authority and specific stakeholder engagement processes the drive to talk until everybody agrees leads to a longer cycle.
