Pros

Good employee benefits, work-life flexibility, and very comfortable work environment. Personally I really enjoyed my team and the team work / challenges involved.

Cons

Training budgets are allocated, but seldom used. Practically speaking existing work responsibilities take preference. Employee career progression and training was neglected in my experience. Human Resources were of little help in this regard. Progressive ideas are not infrequently filtered out by bureaucratic red-tape, policies and procedures. These issues can also stifle work efficiency.

Pros

Great benefits, nice pantries with fresh fruits and snacks Co works are friendly and collaborative Company values are well implemented and everyone talks about it

Cons

Career progression can be slow due to the large pool of highly capable employees and rigid structure A lot of simplification programs in place now due to falling oil price
