Pros

Really cares about its employees and doing the right thing for them and the places we work. Good benefits - better than expected having previously worked in professional services.

Cons

Highly collaborative - can sometimes take a while to reach a decision (BUT all opinions are heard / listened to)

Pros

perfect place for someone who has 9-5 work mentality who doesnt have big aspirations about work. Relaxed and friendly environment

Cons

Career path is a deep hole. If you are a progressive person, you will be challenged by the static structure of the company a lot.

Pros

Great travel opportunities, training opportunities and consulting training and experience while working alongside some of the best consulting firms

Cons

Work life balance is poor. Was not able to come back to my home location more than 4 weekends in 5 months. My work assignment was more than halfway around the world. Compensation was not adequate for the hours worked or length of time away from home. I did not find the promotion opportunities or long term opportunities attractive either.
