Global brand, great learning and development.

Cons

Extremely bureaucratic and political company. You have to be a part of the 'old-school British' club in order to be successful here. Poor ethical standards.

Pros

Better benefits, nice office to work, multicultural employees, can work in any company worldwide if you work in BP because you get opportunity to work with well defined processes and projects which may not exist in other companies

Cons

Low basic salary, inefficient HR, people of political and restric growth and promotiions, employees working in some positions dont enjoy work-life balance
