Pros

Life Work Balance - Great flexiblity, remote working, understanding of family requirements. Career Progression - Training, development, mentoring and opportunity to move around the organisation. Great people - excellent colleagues, great culture. Good packages - nicely thought out, all round compensation with some outstanding features.

Cons

Locations require commuting. Big corporate with all the challenges that can throw up.

Lack of transparency and openess

Pros

Salary and training is good. Flexible working hours.

Cons

Senior management are not transparent. Also, permanent posts are created and when they realise there is no appetite for that postion a few years later, they treat you horrbily so you are pushed to leave. Favouritism amongst engineers and ones from public schools to obtain senior positions. Project and change management very poor
